Firstly, I'm a brain trauma survivor, former chef, speaker, and creator of Brain Health Publishing. Secondly, I wrote the book Lifesaving FAQs of How Food Reversed My Brain Damage, and I serve as a freelance communications and partnership strategist for some of the world's leading brands and health organizations positively impacting science and human-health.
